A Winter Time Lunch...For those of Us With A "Sweet Tooth"

This was a great balanced meal!  The ginger made my nose run....Great for the cold weather coming in.  

Root Vegetable Ginger Soup

White Cod Fish
cooked in Bok Choy Greens and Onions 

Sweet Potatoes 
with cinnamon and mochi

Boiled Millet 
top with roasted sesame gomashio 

Bon Appetite!!
