Why does Dessert have to be your enemy?  We all need some sweets in our life!  Learn how to prepare healthy, but VERY TASTY, desserts that you can enjoy eating guilt free.  Learn how to choice quality sweeteners and whole ingredients to make cookies, cakes, pies, and chocolate! Does it get any better than that?

"What the bleep should we eat for breakfast" Cooking Class?
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  What you choose to eat in the morning will determine how your entire day will go.  Amazing how many people spike on sugar/coffee, skip breakfast altogether, or just don't know what to eat in the mornings.  This class will teach you quick and easy breakfast recipes, with lots of variation, and facts on what your body needs to get moving!
